I had no problems whatsoever with management, but for the price my husband and I were paying for a 1 room apt was crazy. Maintence were very timely. Garage prices were ridiculious as well. The apt were lodge in between housing projects which recieved a lot of visits from the police and fire dept, but in the 3 years we lived there we only had 1 problem with someone removing are license plate. We decided to move because we knew we could find a 2 bedroom for the same price and probably in a better neighborhood. Every year if you didnt sign the lease early a extra $15-$30 was added to rent.
