I live in a one bedroom on the second floor. I can hear almost everything my neighbors do: vacuum, conversations, gettin in and out of bed, music, telephone. Basically the only thing dividing the apartments are very thin walls. I made numerous complaints about my neighbors music. The management did nothing. They told me that I neeeded to sit down with my neighbors and work out an agreeement regarding noise! Needless to say I met with the neighbors and they agreed with me. They could here everything in my apartment too! My neighbor below me is complaining that my footsteps and my dog jumping off my couch are making too much noise! I have never lived in an apartment with such terrible sound control. The manager said it was built at a time when there were no regulations for building codes'''
I am counting the days to the end of my lease. Also, if you don't pay for underground parking you will never find a spot in front of your building. People store their cars in the spaces for months and months. The grounds are always dirty and people do not pick up their dog's waste. The postives are that you can have a dog with no size limitations and the Staff is friendly but overall I do not think this is a great place to live. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
