Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004

I have lived here for three years- and Im NOT renewing my lease. 3 different nights I have heard gun shots by the lake, There are low income buildings next to us. People are always getting their cars broken into. I can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors are doing, because of the poor struction of the buildings. Rent is overpriced for the quality and location.
Maintenance is Great But the leasing agents contradict each other. Would not recommend Harbor Pointe to anyone Also- Parking is hard to find, and if you park on the street you get a parking ticket, even when lot is full- I already got one ticket
