I lived at Harbor Pointe for a year. My townhome was great and it was always quiet in my area. It was awesome to be able to come and use the pool in the winter, or workout at 7pm. The maintenance staff always explained everything to me and fixed stuff in a short amount of time. I have sinced moved to be closer to a job, but I miss the clubhouse and the leasing staff.

Ok well what about the area, the rundown apartments across from the townhomes that are "considered" to be Harbor Pointe, and the fact that you have to share your patio with anyone who walks by in the so-called "townhome". I really think this is a bunch of crap and this person has something to do with the staff at Harbor Pointe. The rental cost for the clubhouse is absolutely ridiculous and it sucks that there's only 1 freaking fitness room on all of that land and whoever wants to use it has to go out in the dead of winter and it's really not worth that. How about 1 room per building? That'd be nice, but of course, by the looks of the place, the management will have some cheap, lame excuse for why they can't improve anything! I agree with most of the reviews before- Harbor Pointe is probably the worst place to live!

Okay...what do you have against this place and if you hate it so much, why don't you leave? Have you seen how big this place is? How on Earth do you expect there to be a fitness room in each building? You would have to have someone watching it all the time. That's ridiculous! My God, do you even leave the house in the "dead of winter" to go to work? You're pathetic. Where do you think you live? In the Hilton hotel?
