I won't be staying another year

Harbor Point is just not a pleasant place to live. I think if they were not surrounded by low-income housing, it would make for better scenery and a more pleasant neighborhood. Although that would not make up for the lack of maintenance and construction in the apartment building my boyfriend lives in. I have pushed him to make a complaint, but he doesnt want trouble, so here you go... I thought it would be ok when he took me to look at it, but once he moved in, I noticed how really old it was and how badly it was constructed. About a week later, I started to notice how much I could smell my neighbor's food, marijuana, and whatever other disgusting smells came out of their apartment! They have very thin walls! He will not be renewing his lease and I would think twice if I were you. If you are looking for quality construction, padded walls, and pleasant smells, make sure they DO NOT put you in one of the red brick buildings. Ask to reside in one of the newer buildings, because the red brick ones DO NOT meet up to the "Harbor Point" standard. Trust me. Don't let them put you in one of those red brick buildings, no matter what they say, or no matter how it looks on the inside, because you will have A LOT of problems!
