MY SISTER'S FIANCE'S CAR WAS TOWED AND HARBOR POINTE SAYS IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT!!! Even though he had a ticket on his car, and he took it to the office and a certain "someone" told him "don't worry about it. I'll take care of it", 2 days later, his car comes up missing and the chicks in the office tell him it's not their fault and he has to pay to get it out of the towing company. She had a NASTY attitude about the whole ordeal and failed to take responsibility for one of HER employess and their actions. RIDICULOUS!!!

One minute, there are threats for his car to be towed, the next minute "the reliable office staff" is telling him not to worry about it, and then before you know it, his car gets towed and they tell him HE has to pay for it- all of this within a 2-week time frame! I mean, he can't drive 2 cars at one time! One is bound to sit there while he drives the other one, and they were BOTH registered WITH HARBOR POINTE but somehow, HARBOR POINTE has nothing to do with it and he has to pay for it himself. Seems to me like they need to review the procedure manual with their idiot management/employees!!! They are a joke!

Thankfully, she said that he IS NOT renewing his lease! Good! If my car came up missing, I wouldn't stay at that dump anymore either!!! DON'T DO IT! And if you do, actually, JUST DON'T FREAKIN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
