My fiance and I love living at Harbor Pointe. The office staff has always been friendly and generous to us and have made us feel like part of a community. The townhome we live in is in fantastic condition for the time period it was built in and we love having our own little yard.

I am very disappointed to read some of the very negative comments on here in regards to the staff. Perhaps if these people treated others in a manner that they would want to be treated they wouldn't find it so upsetting. I have been in the office when residents have come in being very rude to the staff. However,what the residents have deemed as rude behavior were actully the members of the office staff being fair and firm in their decisions ans the people on the receiving end not liking it and getting angry. And let's be honest, I'm sure the office staff has better things to do than post comments on this website.

The indoor pool and work-out facilities are great and volleyball Wednesday nights is an awesome time. There is good access to 45/41 and 43 and Menomonee Falls, Germantown, and Browndeer are all with in a 10-15 minute drive.
