I checked out this site before I came to see these apartments and did decide to rent here. Its been 6 months and I've been very happy.

What made me choose here' First of all its the grounds they are very well kept. The lake is nice, lots of wild life, trees, shrubs... something I did not have living down town! Second would be the club house there are lots of ammenities that are included with the rent. Honestly the third thing is they had a great rent special when I was ready to move in.

Since I have been here I have not had any problems. The staff has been nice and helpfull. I've only had a couple maintenance request and they where friendly and responsive. I've read post after post about all the alleged crime here and I have not had one problem since I have been here! The walk ways are well lit and I go jogging on the trails at night. my neighbors are great and I've not seen anything out of the ordinary and do not feel unsafe at all.

I wanted to come on here and let everyone know what I have found since I've been here. My advise, before you jump to conclusions come out and take a look, I'm glad I did!

I fear for mine and my kids lives. There are always kids outside my townhouse yell and swearing and always causing trouble. They have swore at me, threw balls at my windows, smashed battles in my drive way, threw snappers at my kids feet, called my kids names, and hit my 22 month old in the head with a bike on purpose. Nothing is being done about this problem and the best part I just got a letter saying I have been paying the wrong rent and now I own them more money for harbor pointe mistake. What is wrong with this place!!!!!

THIS POST IS 100% FAKE! I know because I wrote it while working there, something they often tell employees to do. The fact is there is a very high staff, tenant and management turnover due to the poorly run management compnay. The crime is bad, rent is high for what you get, and the apartments are very run down. There are much better places to live. Don't get suckered by a rent special, any place offering that is DESPERATE due to the high vacancy rate. In short, don't live here... you WILL regret it.
