Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I would not live here again. Expensive for what you're getting. The best part about Harbor Pointe is the location. Also, the staff is not helpful at all--plan on going to the office about 5 more times than you think it should take to get something resolved. That said, we are expecting our deposit back.
