Moved in during the summer of 2007, first time away from home and liked the idea of not living in the city so close to school...Should have seen the warning signs from the start!

Pre-Move in-

They lost my application and I had to reapply the day before I moved in....Was juggled between 3 different apartments, even on the day I moved I ended up on the complete opposite side of complex from where I was supposed to be living. I have 2 pets, and almost got into trouble when I added the second one onto the lease because apparently I live in a no pet building...

Living here-

I have had to call maintenance at least once every other month. Horrible plumbing problems, fireplace pilot light never stays on, air conditioner never worked and it took 6 months for them to finally come replace it. My neighbors must be as miserable as I am because they are far from friendly.

You hear ambulance sirens OFTEN- the complex is right next to a retirement home of some sort and I hear the siren at least 3 times a week.

Hope you NEVER have a SINGLE resident complaint against you- the business office are very very rude when they call- their paperwork is always wrong. I have lived here nearly 2 years now and on one complaint against us watching a movie late one night had us facing an eviction threat.

Never expect to have them return your calls if you leave a message with the receptionist- they hire idiot temps that could care less. Also don't expect to know who the hell you are going to be talking to - I have been through 3 different leasing agents already.

Made the mistake of renewing my lease once- will live on the STREET before doing it again!

This properties main issue is the turn over in staff. If the same people sticked around long enough, maybe someone would know what the hell is going on.
