I have lived at Harbor Pointe for about a month. I am happy with the two bedroom townhome I rented. To have a little yard, garage and washer and dryer I am paying a couple hundred dollars less than most places I looked.

Yeah, like where? Mequon? Possible, most places will be cheaper but have less amenities.

Actually there are plenty of cheaper places in safer communities. This place is awful and you need to get out now. Numerous rapes have been reported (some oven caught on the cameras). There are car break-ins almost daily. They do everything they can to keep your entire deposit and to charge you extra...you will never see a penny of that when you move out. I can tell you all this because i am good friends with a leasing agent here.
