Everthing looks great when you go look at the apartment, everyone is courteous and respectful but when you move in is when everything turns sour. The management lets long time residents discriminate due to your age and family status by constantly complaining about them and making up lies about them. They never shovel or salt the walks when it snows, my boyfriend and I both fell 3 times this winter! Now its summer and the pools are always dirt and gross I would rather swim in infested Lake Michigan than those pools. The leasing consultant is always real nice but the manager is very unprofessional and low class. The maintenance man comes to your house drunk and incoherent. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the tenant resource center in Madison because they make you pay for your carpet cleanings but I guess there so called "intelligent" manager doesn't know that this is an illegal practice.
