I lived there over 5 years, management is rude. I had mice, bugs and nothing was done, most of the time they wouldn't even take a complaint report. The snow is not removed in a timely manner, people constantly get stuck. The rent keeps going up but services go down. The appliances usually work, but are so old. They will try to take out money for everything when you move out, even if you have pictures. Document EVERYTHING if you rent there. Take pictures, get witnesses. This may not even be enough. I had security issues twice while living there and finally had to threaten them to get locks on 1st floor patio doors and garage doors repaired.

WE ARE CURRENTLY UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. WE HAVE RE STAFFED THE WHOLE APARTMENT COMPLEX AND ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO A MUCH BETTER FUTURE.
