Not too bad

I lived in the Lofts for 3 years- and just moved out about a month ago.

I saw about 5 different office managers come and go, Gorman apparently doesn't pay them enough because most never seem to care/hate their job, but usually they are polite and get the job done.

Parking is a pain, and dangerous in the underground lot since people really like to smash each other's side mirrors.

However, I finally paid for a spot in the outside lot with a gate and that worked out really well.

The noise can get bad, because ------- UWM kids party all the time (I went to MIAD, so I know whatever college they were from wasn't MIAD).

They really liked partying outside my window, since my bedroom window overlooked the hallway.

Why people party in hallways, I don't know.

The trains suck but you do get used to it.

The apartment was really clean and really nice, very beautiful.

Everything is very new and works great.

For all the minuses, the apartment itself really makes up for it.

Having a nice new washer and dryer in your own apartment is a great amenity.

I'd definitely live there again, since no matter where you go in this area of Milwaukee you are going to have dumb drunk people.

Also you can sneak in cats, since my roommate and I had a cat and we never paid/they never found out.
