If you are ok with the price, you will love your experience.

I had one negative - the elevators are slow. Other than that, you know what you are getting...and if you are ok with the price, you will not be disapppointed. I lived in JVT from 2001 until 2004 and decided to move to 'tosa to save some $$$ and because I grew up and no longer needed to stumble home from water street. The fitness area is acceptable if you choose to use it and I had no problems with the management team or maintenance personnel. My apartment was great and it was not noisy at all for me although I lived in a corner apartment (I had only one neighbor (who became a good friend) and a stairwell next to my apt).

I forgot to add, they took NONE of my security deposit - but we did spend a good amount of time cleaning the place.
