Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
I lived in JVT for 4 years and had a corner unit w/ balcony. The near floor to cieling wrap-around windows lent a stunning view of the lake and downtown.
Service was always very fast, sometimes coming upstairs moments after putting in a call.
The community areas are always very well maintained. That's one thing that really stands out is how spotless everything was.
The pool is excellent - it's large and deep at one end, which most apartment pools don't offer.
My rent went up about $50/year if I recall which isn't bad from my experience. I also think the price was fair particularly given the location.
I can't recall ever hearing anything through the walls or ceiling of my place. It was like a fortress. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
