I have lived at JVT for the last 15 months and it has been a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this to anybody wanting to stay in downtown Milwaukee.

Pros:
- Well kept landscaping
- Well maintained corridors & lobby
- Apartment maintenance is prompt
- Corner apartment offers splendid views
- Best view is one that overlooks the downtown & the MSOE ground
- Large windows & plenty of them leads to a well lit apartment
- Nothing special about the gym but works for something provided for free
- Safety is good
- Good downtown location; within a walk from everything
- Metro Market across the road is a big plus
- Affordable downtown location for the location

Cons:
- Furniture in the clubhouse needs a facelift
- The current staff is not very friendly
- Hope you don't have noisy neighbours; you can hear noise across the common walls!
- Building is shabby from the outside
