They take most of ur deposit to get the house ready for next occupant.They cheat u badly.Most of my friends had bad experience.
They talk very nicely when u rent an apartment,but take all ur money when u leave.
This is the only apartment in milwaukee who charge u when u vacate the house.

If there is a small stain ,though it is unnoticable,they replace carpet at ur expense.They are not even kind enough to inform u in advance.They cheat royally.For one of our friends they said they might not chrage or charge min $60 for carpet and finally after they left they charged $620.They are so unkind and rude.They never respond if u call up and leave the voice message.This is the only apartment in milwaukee where they charge a lot of money after u vacate the house.Be aware of these people
