I took this apartment just because its in the heart of the downtown and was close to my office. Sadly when I wanted to move out, the management who use to show their full blown 32 teeth were tight lipped and had a very unfriendly body language.

Thought the the lease is a month to month lease, the notice period is of 60 days and 60 days starts from 1'st; they don't tell this explicitly. If you give the notice period on second you have to pay for one full month extra. They are stupid money making machine. Lot of terms and condition for parking and what not.

You have to be on the tip of your toes while vacating this place. I gave them a notice of 30 days and brought 3 parties (as the notice period was of 60 days) who were dead interested to take up my apartment the very same day irrespective the state it was in, but still they didn't cooperate. They asked me to pay an extra month rent even when the other party explicitly said that they have to move in. Best at giving excuses. The manager Kendra and others are not at their seat most of the time and those who are in will keep you waiting for days just to get confirmation from the frakin management. There is no person except for these handful managers where you could send mails.

Neither shoreline nor JVT's website has a link where you could send email for grievance. I spoke to shoreline agency and they don't know anyone except Kendra and some other gentelman who comes once in a while. There is no one you could talk regarding management.

I am really pissed with this apartment, except for it's location and cleanliness there is nothing great here.

What a terribly disappointing experience. I certainly hope you aren't moving to the Teweles Seed Apartments, where I'm soon to be vacating, because it's even worse.
