They over charge, They put fake video cameras in the elevator. Maintenance is incompetent and the people in the office do not respect you at all. The heat is free but never turns off. The water is off half the time. The view is good but they never clean the windows and the windows leak when it rains. There has been numerous reports of bed bugs. This post is as of March 26, 2009.
