The place is both good and bad i guess..but as the months go on it just seems to get worse and worse. I was in a one bedroom which was good size, great view..decent price. The plumbing was cheap though...shower nozzles/pressure etc (I couldn't turn the shower off once because of the nozzle & maintenance came). Not to mention that it *literally* got the point where they shut off hot water one day a month..for 8 hours. Elevators were slow and the air conditioning sucked..but pool/courtyard/fitness/clubroom areas are nice. They did increase from $2 to $5 for pool guests..but its a great apartment outdoors.

Ill agree with the others that management/people in the office are just plain rude. As simple as getting a package they toss their hair in disgust because you are interrupting their facebook time, they probably spent more time making fliers than anything else.

The view, location, one bedroom apt size are all pretty good..residents are usually friendly..but other than that you might regret signing a lease.
