Terrible Management

It is true that these apartments are beautiful, but the management has changed about 4 times since I have moved in a year and a half ago. We moved in when Gorman managed the property. One of the reasons we chose here was the people in the office. Now we have new management, and they are terrible. They are never available to speak with. Your maintence requests are never solved. We have had a maintence issue since July... it is now February and we continue to get the run around.. Again, if you want a beautiful apartment with crummy management with your needs ignored, then this is the place for you... I don't know many people that would sacrifice this.

I totally agree with you. I don't live here but went in to look around. Right when I walked in some kid was sitting at the main desk cussing at someone on his cell phone and the two apartment managers were just sitting at their desk chatting up a storm not even acknowledging me nor the the kid on his cell. When one of the women showed me the apartment; she knew nothing about it nor the buliding itself. She looked ghetto and dressed unprofessional. And although they had this huge sign in front saying leasing multiple apartments I was told only one was available. But I think she was just lazy to show me the others. The elevator floor had carpet with stains all over it and it smelled so gross we took the stairs back down. The main manager did not at all look interested in helping me. To be honest I would rather rent from schuster's loft because although its in a bad area the manager Krystal was nice, showed me several apartments, and answered all my questions. She even let me talk to random residents that I chose to ask about the apartments. The building its self was surprisingly clean and very quite. The apartment are way more affordable and have more footage than the factory lofts. It felt very secure and safe.
