I moved into the Knitting Factory Lofts about 8 months ago & I have nothing but good things to say about the place! I read the previous reviews & perhaps all it took was a managerial change to turn this place around. For awhile there were parking issues; management has taken care of that by towing unauthorized vehicles. The lofts are so unique; I have huge walk-in closets and a floor plan that overlooks the park. I had 2 minor maintenance issues, they were both taken care of super quick. The building itself is so quiet and secure; I have never seen people loitering or selling drugs on or near the property. All in all, the Knitting Factory is a hidden gem and I wish more people like me that have good experiences would write positive reviews. It only seems to be negative reviews that you ever see on these ratings sites.
