Not so good

Well, I mostly agree with other people's negative comments...and add a few myself. The keypad to buzz into the building only works and locks the door when people do it the exact right way, but I find that more than 50% of the time, I can just yank the door open without buzzing in. Kunzelman charges for parking (50$ a month) and the parking is not secured with gate or security, VERY rarely plowed on time during the winter, and is a very rough surface. I choose to pay the city instead, and I park in the street, which is just as safe, if not safer, than parking in the lot. Cheaper too (by about 120$ every three months) Another thing...recently the building has had no A/C for about two weeks or more now, and residents, including myself are annoyed because A/C is included in the rent. What they should do is take it out of the rent, give us rent credit or something. Instead, you know what they did' They gave out about 100 fans to blow around the hot air, and when the a/c comes back on, we have to return the fans to their boxes and give them back, so they can return them to the store. They are a very cheapo management team, all they want to do is save a buck. The internet goes down about 2-3 times if not more a week as well, because they cant fix it, which should prove pretty inexpensive. I would have to say, overall, the only good thing about living here is the fact that the maintenance guy does all right...yes, ONE guy, for like 75 apartments. Oh, and The male that works in the office, stay away from him, he really has something to learn about treating people right, the females in the office are fine. yet ANOTHER thing...this building is supposed to be income restricted, yet the rent is so high!! How can anyone survive in this building without a good job' They want you to make no less than about 25 thousand a year, yet the rent is like 800-a month. I would not recommend living here, it was a mistake for me, and as soon as the lease is up, that's it, I'm out of here.
