I must say that the apartments are nice...the floorplans varied...and, the amenities are plentiful. The concierge...(Jean-Louis')...was one of the nicest and most helpful I've ever met. Those are the plusses.

The minuses' When I lived there, the management company was atrocious, abysmal and arrogantly rude. Plus, since Landmark is in a "marginal" area of Milwaukee...the insurance companies "red line" your auto insurance. never mind that you park in an underground, gated and guarded facility, they charge you for living near some "marginal" neighbors.

I hope that the owners of Landmark have changed management companies by now, but, if they haven't...think twice about renting a beautiful apartment...but, having to deal with the snide and snotty management crew infesting the leasing office/management office. They made my two years there less than perfect. And, when you're paying top-dollar in rent...you want to be at least treated with a basic level of civility. They don't.
