That miserable management the April writer described has only gotten worse...LOTL now has separate property managers for owners and renters (in a place with only 133 residents)...the renters' PM is Sarah Hanson...some years ago, she was a leasing agent at the horrendous Juneau Village Towers...she only lasted a few months -- probably because she is ALWAYS snotty, short and curt...so this is what LOTL management is now going to trot out to prospective renters/buyers' Are you kidding me' And management wonders why the place is more than half empty'
