Property manager is extremely rude and very loud in conveying property rules. One of my family members live in this apt as renters. Property Manager picks on them for their every move in the complex. It is come to point that they don't have any privacy. Bldg mgt should enforce rules where residents don't have to communicate to her (property manager) at all but issues gets address. Introducing fine policy than residents interacting with unpleasant personality, who doesn t treat people equally and respect. MGT is very rude and harsh. Leasing office gives different prices and availability to different people. I was planning to buy a condo here but now that one of my own family member is treated badly with no personal privacy. There is lot of improvement mgt need to consider for happy residents.
Some Condo owners also make crazy comments in the elevator for one of the renters, "Are u renter' We need to sell these condos and stop renters coming in "
NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND PAIN.
