Although there were some management glitches, our experience here was fairly good. The facilities were lovely and well-kept, and although sometimes we had problems with paperwork getting lost and services not being rendered in a timely fashion, the management was very, very nice, if not always efficient.

Even though I had a couple of minor problems at Library Hill, it was generally a pleasant experience. I know it's hard to manage property, and as long as the staff is pleasant, I'm willing to overlook small issues.
