I lived at Library Hill for 4.5 years and did not experience any major issues. The property is nice and reasonably maintained. Watch out for dog bombs in the courtyard though! Apartments are quiet and have ample closet space. Parking can be an issue for guests. In all honesty the property used to be better kept when it first opened but is still tolerable. I rate it good for the $$$.

I have lived here for just over 1 1/2 years and love it! The horseshoe shape lends itself to a magnificent courtyard so you can look out onto the award winning landscape which also serves as a great place for pets and residents alike to "do their business." Ok that sounded like you could take a ---- on the lawn. I meant a grill and tables to have some outdoor gatherings with friends. The Milwaukee Central library across the street for movie rentals is great and their own movie lending library are small perks that make this place shine! A 24 hour convenient store a block away and another one open til 9 will allow you to walk to the store whenever. The staff is wonderful the price is the best you are hoping to find for a upscale three bedroom anywhere in the city hands down! If you have the chance move here!
