Lived here for over three years, very convenient, can depend on public transporation if you work downtown. Parking is add on to the rent, but the secured and heated parking will be well worth during the harsh wisconsin winters. The police and fire are right behind, that instills confidence, one of the largest library is right next and several other downtown attractions in walking distance. On the downside, there are no kids in the apartments, atleast now, so if you have kids and need company for them that could be hard to find. There can be lot of noise during the summer months from the street, you may get used to it after a while, and some drunken brawls on the street. You have to pester the office staff for service sometimes (never usually respond the first time).
