I lived in Library Hill for 1 year and I loved it. The only thing I didn't like is the fire station right by my window. It was loud every time the fire trucks left and when they got calls, but it's alright. I was also approached by two men in the parking lot asking for money. Luckily I was with my boyfriend. But, it's downtown - expected. It's expensive, but worth each dollar if the location is convenient for you.
