After moving in, the property manager never set us up with electric through WE energies so the last month before moving out, we were stuck with a $700 electric bill. They changed over landlords in that period, so we were stuck paying the late fees and the new management didn't take responsibility for this error. In December, our heat went out and we were stuck living in a 30 degree apartment for over 48 hours before someone came to look at it. This place is over priced and the management is poor. Parking is located in the Grand Ave Mall parking garage which makes it difficult to find a parking space. I have had continuous problems living here, half the amenities located in the building never work. The gym has one working treadmill and everything else is broken. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Look elsewhere, or you will definately regret it.
