The fisrt person that posted a review is not exaggerating about the things she mentioned. The second reviewer moved in a month after I did so maybe her experience was a little different and went much smoother. I also experienced problems with being able to contact management and ended up calling the corporate office in Madison, which is where I had moved from. I was actually living in this same exact apartment community located in Madison with the exact same owners. From the time I started the process of seeing an apartment and signing a lease I had gone through at least 4 different property managers. Things did not go smoothly for me at all. I also noticed a bug infestation but they weren't ants. They were all dead so I guess they were some type of summer bug. If theres a problem with them come summer I believe management will deal with them accordingly. Now for the good news. i also agree with the last poster that I am now very satisfied with the management and the great amenities here. i love my aapartment because it makes me feel like I'm home in Madison which I miss dearly. The property has a new young woman managing now and she is great. She tries to be helpful and if theres a problem she tries to get on it right away. I admit at first things was not going well but the management has greatly improved in just these few months and I think this is a very nice apartment complex to live in. I can't speak for evryone but this has been my experience here.
