I've lived at Piccadilly Apartments for 2 yrs and I dont think its bad at all. I've never had any problems here with maintenance staff or any neighbors. The complex itself is very big so there are alot of residents here and some dont care but thats anywhere you go- So its sometimes expected when theres a fabric sheet on the floor in the laundry room or a little piece of paper on the floor. I plan to stay here for a long time. I've referred 2 people here all ready and they both love it!!!
