I have lived here for 7, count em, 7 years. Is Piccadilly the perfect place to live, NO. Is Piccadilly a horrible place to live, NO. I have lived in pleanty of other apartments and let me tell you there are much worse places to live than this. The management staff does call me back(and I don't know them personally). My guess is that they don't call you back because all you do is whine and complain. As far as them being rude' I have never had a problem with that either. If they are rude to you it's probably because all you do is whine and complain! If I had to listen to the complaining all the time, I would be rude to you as well. The sucker in the hallway' Happened once! Little kids playing in the hallway' Rarely does it happen and either way, I would rather hear their little voices than smell your cigarette smoke that stinks up the entire hall, any time! Litter in the yard' Yes, some of our neighbors are too LAZY to throw things in the garbage, but it's not a dump. Is parking a problem' Sometimes it can be, but that's life. Do people break the parking rules, yes like when people's sons park on the grass or they decide to just park in the driving areas because they don't want to walk. When you come home late sometimes you have to walk farther to get home. If you want everything to be just the way you want it, then buy a house so that you don't have to co-habitate with others. I guess what I am trying to get at is... The people that are on here complaining are mostly the people that are causing the problems. I have never had my cars vandalized. I have never had my cars keyed. The person complaining about that blares her Pink CD at 7am when people are trying to sleep in! Piccadilly is much better now than it was in the past. They are making improvements to the buildings... They just remodeled the entire gym and bought all new workout equipment and even flatscreen TVs. They got new furniture in the huge party room that only costs $75 to rent! They re-paved parking lots. I got a new stove this year and carpet just over a year ago. The maintenance staff is new, but from my experience they have been prompt and courteous and they fix things the right way. Before you take the word of the whiners and complainers come judge it for yourself.
