I have lived at Piccadilly for over 2 years. I recently witnessed drug activity and have had an attempted robbery immediately after. This is concerning considering I have a small child and they are now constantly in fear. We will be moving. The really concerning thing is that the apartment that was associated with the above activity noted, partied with the manager the following weekend. We will be leaving asap.

I just witnessed a deal yesterday at the pool. A gold cadillac pulled up and parked by the pool, a man with swim trunks on got into the passenger's side and sat there for 5 minutes. He then got out a walked over to the picnic table outside the pool area and the cadillac pulled away. Also sitting at that table was the person they put in charge of checking the pool water and for pool passes. He made sure he checked mine and my friends pass. What kind of people are in charge here? The manager parties with drug dealers and appoints people to oversee things who hang out with drug dealers? This was during the middle of the day! I too am moving but I feel bad for the middle aged couple that were just relaxing on their balconey with their grandkids who live right above where the deal happened. They probably see it all the time. As far as Blake Capitol goes, they just turn their head. As long as units are being rented, they don't care. I hope she (Karen at Blake) sleeps well at night.

I have lived Piccadilly for 2 years. I am surprised to hear of some of the issues posted here. I have not experienced or witnessed any the concerns or activities described. I find the community to be very safe, kid friendly and the neighbors to be pleasant and friendly. My family and I love it here. The office staff is professional, courteous and responsive. Piccadilly Apartments is the most affordable community in the area when comparing unit size, location, school district, parking, price (INCLUDES HEAT), and abundant amenities. Individually addressed/named buildings are situated in a park like setting with outdoor fun like tennis and basketball courts, and sand volleyball ALL ONSITE! Not to mention pits for outdoor grilling situated throughout the property and POOL with tanning deck! There are a lot of great things about Piccadilly, including a newly remodeled fitness room and brand new tanning suite. The property allows easy access to trails and park. A residential area that is minutes away from shops, stores, restaurants, freeway and Whitnall/HalesCorners Park-N-Ride. In addition, with today's economy, I know I made the right decision in making Piccadilly my home.
