I rented their clubhouse in good faith, actually It's not the first time but it would be for the 3rd time just recently and because they got a new office staff who are not accomodating/snubbish who always want to take advantage of innocent people, I would'nt recommend this apartment because they are so unrespectful of the tenants.Maybe because of my color. I feel being descriminated because they said harsh thing on me.He said I was rude!I did'nt do anything nor damage anything in their property. They make me so mad and they even trick me or take advantage of me by blaming me all the stains in the old carpet. The carpet is'nt new and the stains have been there for a long long time and prior to use of the clubhouse during the last occassions we had. Before the new management, there systems/rules before were they were giving a Check List, wherein you can take note of all pre existing stains/damage prior to use of clubhouse but with the new management,All they said wa a lie. They are taking advantage of people,, they did'nt remind me of the Checklist and they did it on purpose of not giving me a CheckList. They trick me and blame me for all the stains in the carpet, a carpet that is old!Why are there so GREED people'All they care is how they can take advantage of someone.Such a capitalist! That's how they play games!Beware! they are nice during the first time you meet them after that you cannot depend on them.God knows who's telling the truth.Aside from that, the noise are irritating from an adjacent wall or neighbor. You can hear noise from the ladder that was irritating and disturbing our peace and quiet moments especially during night time. Please read other reviews before you move here So that you wo'nt regret your decision in the future.

If the carpet was allegedly "ruined and must be replaced", then (barring language to the contrary in your lease) you
should only be charged for the depreciated value. Carpet is typically depreciated over 5 years. So for example, if the carpeting cost $1,000 new....5 year depreciation ($200 per year)...and the carpet is 3 years old, then the depreciated value of the carpet is $400 and that is the maximum by law that you can be charged. BTW, they will need to show a dated receipt for the purchase of this carpeting. If older than 5 years you should not be charged at all.

I think maybe you would have more merit behind your complaint if your grammar and "attempted" English wasn't that of a 5 year old! Learn how to make complete and understandable sentences the next time and maybe someone will believe you then.

I was so mad and shaking with anger.I want to complain them with the authority because I am telling the truth, besides it's not my first time to use the clubhouse and based on the checklist that we had before, there were stains, lot of stains in the carpet that were noted during the first occasion we had on that clubhouse. Unfortunately, during the third occassion they just let me sign the form and did'nt walk me around and did not give me the checklist.Artful maneuvering! They told me that it was my fault by not asking for it, when in fact I asked if that's it or there's more to do after that because, before during the former office staff they show me or walk around with me to make note of pre-existing stains in the carpet. Now, the current staff are not accomodating, greedier and lier and they trick me by not giving me the checklist on purpose. they said that was their system before they are giving checklist before, and then another staff said to me why I did not ask for the checklist and blame me that I should be the one who knows that there's a checklist, but I asked if there's more after I sign the paper because I remember previous office staff walk me around in the clubhouse and we noted lot's of stains in the carpet. They hold my deposit and they were like leech who will not stop until they ------- blood.I know they know that. They just want to take advantage of me.My point is, I've been using the clubhouse before that is why I know we have documentation of that stains. That's how they play games with me, my only fault is that I gave my trust to these people, I was'nt expecting they're gonna blame me for all the stains in the old carpet.Plus, its not my first time to use that clubhouse.I never had a problem before in renting a clubhouse. We clean after the party. we're in good faith.Actually they are in the process of renovating it,that is why they want to take something from me.That is so unfair.Previous checlists have stains documentation and then why are they still charging me?They are so UNFAIR!They banned me from using the clubhouse.I hope people out there who are planning to move here can read our comments and reviews before they move here and learn from our experience. Please try to read some other comments/reviews because most of them are true. Thanks to this site because through this site we can air our sentiments and help renters to come up with better decisions.
