New Management (Katz Properties) Awful...Steer Clear!!!!!

Katz Properties has bought this building and recently jacked up rent, the management team is rude and unprofessional to deal with. Water is no longer included in the rent and the condition of the units is simply awful. Save your money and rent from a better landlord and at a newer facility.
