This apartment building is not sound proofed at all. You can hear people's conversation in the apartment above, below, and next to you. Also, dust and debris is falling from the interior brick walls constantly. Large chucks will fall off and knock things off shelves.

Also, snow is not removed very well in the winter time from the driveway where the parking is. It's not removed properly and builds up making the driveway more and more narrow so it's impossible to wipe snow off your car unless you pull away from the wall.

My guess is you could find something better for this amount of money.

Hey, don't knock the building b/c we had like 3X the snow this year. I live there and the parking is always done rt after the snow, always. I can always get in/out w/o any probs. My friends building lost HALF his parking b/c that is where the snow went. Want to try ST parking? Think Snow Emergency W/O any parking and lots of towing! I lived in a lot of different warehouse lofts and had a little dust at every one. I love this place w/ the balcony & fireplace & my own laundry. NO MORE laundry in the basement!

WHAT THIS DWEEB DOESN'T SAY IS THAT THE APTS ARE ONLY TWO FLOORS HIGH!! -- Another quality online review, at least I can count to two. Only great neighbors here NOW, glad this jerk moved out from next to me!! They belong together, along with the loud mouth bartender up the street, the same guy that badmouths everything good that ever happened here in the 5th Ward. Watch out for the Just Saloon.

the reply posts are from the land lord and his sister who lives in the building... along with all the other "positive" posts here... it is VERY noisy as original post says. If you look at the place... just check it out for the noise for your self. Or ask him... but he'll lie
