Parking Nightmare/Security issues

The parking situation is a nightmare. When signing your lease, you're told you have one underground assigned parking spot and one unassigned spot outside. Nobody parks in the underground due to the uncleanliness and darkness, not to mention the security of the garage as people's cars are broke into just the same. There are no parking spots available outside as there are not enough spots for each unit to even have one spot and management states that they can't assign outside parking as Brown Deer does not allow it. The security guard on site causes more problems than anyone else in the complex. He harrasses the tenants. I have made a bad decision and will move out as soon as the lease is up.

Your a liar.. When I moved her I was told you get one underground parking spot and that outside was first come first served... what a liar.
