TO FUTURE RESIDENTS I JUST WANTED SAY THAT I HAVE BEEN LIVING AT RIVER PLACE FOR OVER 10 YEARS NOW, YES WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS IN THE PAST WITH PEOPLE THROWING GARBAGE AROUND!! THERE JUST NASTY!!! THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOW THE PLACE IS RUN. I SEE THE MAINTENANCE STAFF OUT EVERY OTHER MORNING PICKING UP THE TRASH THAT SOMEONE ELSE LEAVES BEHIND. SO IF YOY RIGHT SOMETHING NEGATIVE ABOUT A COMMUNITY AT LEAST HAVE THE NERVE TO PUT IN THE POSITIVE STUFF AS WELL.. AGAIN I HAVE LIVED AT RIVER PLACE FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND I IT'S GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME...

I just moved in and love it here. So nice and quiet compared to living in the city. Nice to walk along those little side roads in Mequon to relax. It's great to be on the north side, away from the baking afternoon sun too.
