I moved from AZ to WI and wanted to find a great, safe place to live. I've been here since May and love it!!! River Place is the perfect place. The management (Lance & Robyn), really take care of the tenants. It allows pets, has multiple heated underground parking spots, which I love because I hate the cold and snow!!! I seem to have really friendly neighbors and can walk my dog at any hour and feel safe. This place is good for single people and families as well.
