This is actually located in West Allis/Greenfield, just west of HWY 100.
We have lived here for several months, and so far it's ok. We are in the older apts. and not too much to complain about. As long as your not concerned about staying cool, then you will be ok during the summer. There is one wall unit in the living room, and it is not adequate to cool the entire apt., even though they said it is. They have checked the unit, and they said it is blowind 27 degrees cooler than the apt.

Perks: washer/dryer in unit, dish washer/garbage disposal, quiet neighbors, live on dead end street, not much traffic, dogs allowed, park trail right down the road in walking distance, YMCA 2 minutes away, has a 24hour gym (haven't used it yet), pool that is open most of the day, putting green (not used yet), friendly staff and quick maintenance (if you want the same day service, then make sure you call back), fairly warm during winter months, don't have to use much heat, don't pay for city water, one car garage plus space for storage

Cons: not cool enough for us, keep garbage in garage (gets stinky during the hots days), light beige carpeting (gets dirty way to easily), no extra spaces for visitors, have to park off street

As you can see, pros outway cons, and summer hopefully won't be too hot.
We paid a $500 deposit to have our satellite and $250 for our dog. 1st month was free, so we paid $750 to move in.
