Having Root River parkway behind the buildings, and busy HWY 100 a few blocks east, is the best of both worlds. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Maintenance gets done on a timely basis. The pool and club house are awesome. Can't get myself to leave Rivershire! Watch out for the deer along Morgan Ave. though, plenty of them.
