We live in the newer section of Rivershire and the walls turned black (which we are still unsure of what it is....maybe mold''') The combination of a tiny washer and dryer stackable unit and the underpowered air conditioning unit create ridiculous utility bills -- $120 in summer / $190 in winter. The window frames are all rotted out and black which is not a pretty sight and the units have serious moisture problems. The noise level inside the unit is pretty good considering we can rarely hear our neighbors. However, on most summer nights, you will hear the fast and furious loosers racing up and down Hwy. 100 loud and clear. The pool is a bonus in the summer but it is mostly overcrowded and good luck getting in and out of the gate -- I guess management is too lazy to fix the lock that NEVER opens. The walking trail behind the apartments is a nice feature if you enjoy running, walking, or biking. Not a bad place to live, but it is just too much in rent for the overall quality.
