I have lived in the newer section of Rivershire for two years, they have raised the rent twice since we have lived there, and it just keeps getting outragiously high for what you get. The laundry is a joke, very small, takes three cycles to dry towels or three pairs of jeans, so you can just guess on the electricity bill. The walls are turning black, they are white when you move in but as you live their the truth starts to show. I am guessing mold, but I haven't got sick from it yet' The windows and entryways are rotting out, and they will not replace them just add more stain which doesn't help anything. The noise in the apartment is fine, but the crazy people racing up and down highway 100 is enough to make you want to call the cops everynight, but they are too busy with other violence to car about cruising. There are lots of dogs in the neighborhoods with owners who do not want to scoop the poop. The pool is nice but the lock is a joke to get in and out. The workout facilities are new and very nice. The management is sometimes nice. Parking can be an issue, from other tenants guests parking in your spot, and they will not tow them unless you have 48 hours or some crazy amount of time. The air conditioner barely gets the place cool unless you never turn it off. The garbage disposal smells of fish and so does the water, and the bathtub grows mold under the cracks from the last people who lived their. Please be very cautious, it looks great at first and then you find all the small things that could irritate you for paying over 900 a month plus a 150 utility bill, and of course add in your cable, cell, and other payments you are crazy to choose this place.
