The property is alright unless you have a problem. Maintenance, is sluggish and amateur at best. Management is not particularly responsive. The in-unit washer and drier are ok, but they are very small. Base-board eating is inadequate; we need to use a space heater in the winter. Property parking is horrible, parking is better is you have an apartment near one of the city streets. Also, don't rent an apartment that has the electrical box on the outside wall. They either beep throughout the night or you are kept up listening to melting snow drip on the metal box. Garage is nice, but doubles as storage. No other storage facilities are available.

It is close to the parkway. It is decently quiet, but still conveniently close to major roadways.
If I didn't have pets, I wouldn't be living here. The price is starting to not be worth the quality or convenience.
