It's an Apartment not a house people

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
I have lived here in the newer units for 4-5years (can't really remember) and I really like it.
Pros: I never hear my neighbors and they never hear me, I've asked them and I'm in an upper. Cupboards are biege not that nasty brown thats typical. W/D in unit, Close to everything you need for easy living, including freeways. Pool area rocks if you're single(Melrose Place). Private entrance. Staff is excellent and friendly, especially Heather. Quiet, people keep to themselves (I like that). Parkway nearby for jogging/biking/walking. New snow removal company..the last one came at the end of the day when the snow was already packed down. Only needed maintence once and they came the next day to fix.(wasn't emergency)
Cons: Outrageously hot in the summer, air unit cannot be turned off(in an upper) or you will boil!!!(lower units air is fine) Super Lame light carpet that seems to get dirty on it's own even in non-traffic areas. Garbage disposal stinks, dryer needs to be run twice to dry larger loads. Electric bill''''' $45-$175 AVG $100 Rent is too high, for $900 you can own a home or a condo and earn equity. Low income apartments across the street is just an eyesore along with their ghetto children leaving garbage all over.
Conclusion: Best place I've lived, I love it here and would love to continue to live here, but unfortunately the rent is just too high ($900 $100utility $100cable/net)
