Well my title is a little sarcastic. It wasn't that bad. My Fiancee' and I are coming to the end of our lease and there are a few things that prospective renters should know.

First, if you have a vehicle bigger that a golf cart the garages won't work for you. They great for a storage space. So definitly check out the size of your vehicle and compare it to the garage. Heck, while your checking the place out pull it into the garage and see if it will fit, or if you can get out! Although you do get one parking space make sure look at your vehicle frequently. I had my door dinged nurmerous times and my neighbor even hit my truck once. I asked him about it and of course he denied it.

Second, the in unit washer and dryer suck. You can only do 2 pair of jeans at a time. The Dryer is even worse. It usually takes two cycles to get anything dry.

Third, the maintaince guys are fairly good. Usually there within a day or two. The only problem we had was our A/C sucked. We asked numerous times if we could get it replaced. Finally they put in a new one on a Friday and left it running, we were gone the whole weekend so when we returned it was like a frezzer. I wonder how much that costs me for the elec. They can be kind of moody sometimes, I think that they prefer that your not there when they are doing repairs so you can't ask them to do something else.

Fourth, The Fitness center was alright but often it really smelled bad and the equipment was always broken or in need of repair. The pool was always packed, way to small for the 400 units.

Over all the place is alright. Way to much for rent, and it's going up every year but the place isn't getting any better. I would recommend buing a house because it wouldn't be that much more. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
