Don't listen to the other review, I will tell you the truth. This place is great. I have lived here for almost 1 year and have not had any issues. The grounds are kept nice and clean, the office staff is nice and friendly, maintenance responds quickly, and the apartment building is nice and quiet. The neighbors though are kind of rude and I only know 1 person who lives in the next buidling over. Everyone keeps to themselves and aren't too friendly but I think thats the Wisconsin way. The place is soundproofed great and you can't even tell that there are 7 other people in the same building. The rent is a little high but I don't mind paying a little more to have peace and quiet. If you are willing to spend a little more money I suggest looking at the new style apartments. I do not live in them but, they look a lot nicer. Parking is not an issue because you get a garage and another spot in the lot.
